Canping Pan is employed as a Professor at the Department of Applied Chemistry, College of Science, China Agricultural University (CAU), where he is leading the Agricultural Products Safety Group. Canping Pan is teaching several courses in Agrochemical Management and Dietary Risk Assessment on the BSc and MSc level. His research focus is on Pesticide Analysis, Pesticide Residue and Environmental Toxicology, Dietary Risk Assessment, Mechanism and Evaluation of Nano-Selenium on Plant Health, Methodology of Pesticide Analysis, Minor Crop/Minor Use/Specialty Crops, Pesticide Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) for pesticide residue analysis.
